James and the team at Belong did an excellent job of marketing our property, the quality and pace of getting our home on the market led to a rapid sale at a fair price. On reflection, this is due to James’s excellent local knowledge, both of the market and those whom are seeking to buy. We did benchmark three local estate agents (both on price and quality) - we are without doubt Belong offered best service, whilst also offering value for money. The whole experience has completely changed our opinion of estate agents - though we do think Belong is an examplar. Through the selling process (which we found stressful), James and the team at Belong exceeded expectations; proactive, prompt, pragmatic and experienced advice was a call away. Belong were the most professional and effective team employed throughout our move (and also the only team that knew what was really going on through the sale - great job Katie!).
