A refreshing approach.      From the first meeting it was refreshing to deal with an agency that has a straight forward, honest approach. Throughout the sale the team worked hard to manage expectations, communicate clearly and deal with issues swiftly and transparently. As a customer we felt listened to and queries and concerns were responded to and resolved professionally and with minimum fuss or stress. During what was not the easiest sale, James, Katie and Gina worked hard to ensure that we were informed and advised appropriately.
