From Friday, Estate Agents will no longer be able to conduct "in-person" viewings and their offices will have to close. So they can work from home to answer calls and send trades people to emergencies at lettings properties; and of course they can manage on-going transactions.

There will be no new sales agreed unless people take the plunge using video and 3D technology, rather than wait for a physical viewing.
