So what can you do to entice people to buy in winter.
The first thing is to make the marketing of your house look current and seasonal. Daffodils in photographs immediately tell people that your house has been on sale for months.
Secondly, motivate your agent. Ask them to come up with some new ideas. Open house viewings perhaps.
Third, offer an incentive for somebody to buy your house before a certain deadline. A 5% discount for an agreed sale prior to the end of February perhaps. That should help to get people moving.
