Christmas and New Year Property Market

Christmas has tradtionally been a quiet time for the property market, with lower activity levels and few viewers visiting estate agents.  However, all of that has changed in recent years.

The internet allows people to browse properties on line and; Rightmove, the property website, says that Boxing Day is one of the busiest days of the year for people to start their property search. As a result we are launching, re-launching and reducing the prices of some of our client's properties in order to stimulate New Year enquiries.

We use 3D Virtual Reality walk around tours and professional videos to show both the inside and outside of a house from the comfort of an armchair.

We will also be opening our doors over the festive period to handle call and emails that come in.

Being pro-active at a time of year when other agents are closed will help our clients to get a head start on their competition.
